A true "residence". My suite included a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, and two, dirty heating elements. There were no pots, pans, eating utensils, cups or glasses. The "living room" furniture was old and uncomfortable.
The bathroom was clean, but no paper handkerchiefs and minimal soap.
The bedroom was pleasant, although we couldn't get the TV to work (some secret we didn't understand, perhaps).
Greatest concern: no AC and no fans - it can be hot in Mexico City in the late afternoons!
The desk clerk was fantastic, helping us make arrangements for transportation and wake-up calls. He even called to tell us that the time was changing that evening!
I could handle any of the small inconveniences, but the no AC/fan is a deal breaker.
