4/10 Fair

This hotel is nasty. They gave us a room with a huge air filter machine on top of the fridge. The smell was horrible. The next morning the housekeeping manager, Maria came up to the room and said ‘why are you in this room? It’s out of service.’ I told her I didn’t know, I was just given this room. She apologized but it was too late, we had already dealt with it. Never staying here again.

The smelly hotel
The room I was staying in was ok, no problems there but the hallway in the 2nd floor where I was smelled so bad. The carpet was so dirty. I had to hold my breath to go get the elevator. It really was disgusting. Also no decent breakfast. Just a paper bag with water, fruit and a pastry. That’s no breakfast!!

Horrible Stay
When I checked in there were people outside hanging out, i didnt like that i had to park far away and not see my vehicle. I purchased a non-smoking room, as soon as i got off the elevator, it wreaked of smoke. My room smelled stale and smoky. The bed was very uncomfortable, I already had back problems, this made it worse. I couldnt sleep because the couple next arguing all night. It was roaches in the night stand. I planned a 2 night stay, I had to check out on my way to work, because of a ill family member.but i wouldnt have stayed another night under the above circumstances.

Not going back
The room was okay but on closer look there were stains on the photos & spots here and there on the walls. I tried to not think too much about it. The hallway carpet was pretty gross. Kitchenette was minimally stocked for 2 people. The remote control was disgusting (worst I've seen).

Near highway & away from crowds
Your average Orlando area place. I did NOT like that they print & keep a copy of my license for supposedly management who wants my photo. My husband for the first time in history complained about the bed. He had a backache. May be mattress is old. Bed on one side was up against the wall, there is room to move it a bit away. The cleaning crew need to vacuum rooms, especially hardwood part. Breakfast was a to-go bag; muffin, water, peanut bar. Coffee machine available. Breakfast ends too early ; 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. (10 a.m. should be for weekends). Plus side: Centrally located. Highway next to us & not noisy.Nice kitchenette if staying some time. There is sitting in dine area, also a living area with T.V, , a pool with nice patio area (small, but nice). I found the place affordable. Served my purpose & I took a chance despite all the bad reviews & would stay again.
