A couple of laundry items had hair on them. Service was average. Rooms are old and need updating. Rooms smell so you need to leave the air conditioning running. For the price it is disappointing. Pool area is great.

Good location, the room was old but clean, pool is great and the restaurant is nice. Have to pay for the car park.

Considering that it was Christmas and that COVID 19 restrictions were in place for room cleaning etc., our stay was very pleasant. The room was comfortable with a lovely view onto the river - lots of noise from the outside pool but to be expected at Christmas time. Restaurants in town were mostly full so we ate in the hotel restaurant which was pretty good overall. All staff were well trained and very helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience at a busy time of the year.

Nothing to like, its old overpriced and very noisey; from hearing people got to the toilet to walking around all night then the idiots in the pub car park to the 5 am bins on a Sunday morning we har two nights booked and checked out after one... the price was ridiculous Ive staid at international 5 stars for cheaper. Best to be avoided.

Good Hotel but with a big price tag!! The pool and spa tub were enjoyable and have a great view. But other than that, its just a nice hotel. Lot of other cheaper options in similar locations are available.
