AC in room never got cold. Woke up in the middle of the night in an oven. Hallways were cooler. Notified front desk and they just said thanks for letting them know. No apologies, no reduced rate, no offer of discount.
It was a pleasant say, from check to check out. The front staff was really nice.

The hotel and room were in good shape - however the air conditioner in the room was so noisy that we got up and left at 6am just to go home and get some sleep - the room offered a buffet breakfast (which could not be accommodated) upon check in the woman at the front desk was nice enough to tell us to stop by the desk in the am for a breakfast to go - the man who checked us out never offered that to us - I did ask and was handed two brown lunch bags (which were hidden from view) that had a small stale muffin, a banana and a tiny bottle of water - defnitely not my normal "Marriot" stay at all - a little dissapointed

It was okay, considering it was a Marriott. The pool area could be updated, especially the spa where the steps to go into spa was deep and I almost fell.
Our trip here at Fairview’s was amazing and we had a great time in the pool area . The bed was super comfy and I slept like a baby . Only issue I’d say is the heater and air conditioner wasn’t the best I’d get real hot and the air wasn’t to powerful to cool down with . Lol but other than that I loved every little thing and omg the Paul Mitchell soap !!! 💙💚💙💚💙💚
The room was without heat....on our way to a New Years' function we were offered another room. We could not understand why we were given a room with no heat in the first place. We were returning customers from last New Year's Eve. Last year I give this same hotel 5-stars this year I give them a minus 10 stars. When we got up for breakfast we had to go to IHOP to eat. The hotel made no adjustment in the breakfast time for the New Years' customers at the hotel. Some for the last time. :(
