We arrive to the hotel at 12, most of the hotels have early check in they told us their check in is at 2 and they don’t have early check in ( which was not a big deal) they said the room will be ready in an hour so we stay there but they keep telling us more 30 minutes!!!! At the end the room was ready at 3:30!!!! It said it has free parking but it was always full and onsite parking was not available so we had to park the car somewhere far from the hotel

I was so grateful they were able to accommodate me rather last minute. I was having a very bad experience with an Airbnb and had to leave early morning . I was very tired but had a scheduled tour of Pisa that afternoon. Leonardo was able to get me into a room early so I could rest and enjoy my tour and he gave excellent help to get me there on the public transportation. I was a single older ish woman traveling alone and they made me feel safe. THANK YOU!

The picture on the ad is misleading. The rooms over the garden had no windows but instead there is a lattice- like metal structure that you can’t open. The gym was out of order ,the 3 days we were there. The shower has no door that you can close. The staff can be a a little bit friendlier like the restaurant staff.

Overall had a great stay and would likely visit again. Not the closest to the centre but walk is possible. Otherwise local transport isnt hard to find so getting back is simple. Mini shop was open next door which was a bonus. Rooms were clean, tidy and looks very new. The area is quiet and felt safe. Unfortunately did have problems with house keeping not understanding the do not disturb hanger. Walking in the room while trying to sleep happened 4-5 times with the hanger shown.

Lovely hotel. Unfortunately they do not offer airport transfer even though it is advertised on the website. I had a worried few moments at 4 am when I was told although they had tried phoning a taxi was not available. With no tram running at that time I was inisistant they tried again, luckily with success, otherwise I would have missed my flight! I didn’t need that stress!

It is what it is. A hotel to stay in. But ohh man the staff and service… If they could be unhelpful with anything. Anything. They would! Called beforehand to ask about parking, but as I spoke English they got pretty short and said that we couldn’t park there. (After sighing and mumbling a lot) so then I asked where we could park until there was a free space. The only answer after more sighs, “blue line…” later on We asked about the bikes that the hotel said was available to borrow - and after more sighs, there was none and we had the wrong information. Would not say the hotel is 4 star. More like 2… add on some more cash (that you’ll save in transport as it’s pretty far off from the city) and choose another hotel… as I’m not recommending this one

Check in and staff were wonderful. I was traveling alone and was put in a very small room with an even smaller bed. I am 6-1” and my feet were off the bed almost to my knees. I immediately tried to change rooms but was told that because I was single there was nothing else available. The air conditioning was not cooling my room so in the middle of the night, I opened my window. I woke up with at least 20 mosquito bites. The hotel’s location was great, close to St. Mark’s Square. I think the hotel should invest in larger beds for single travelers.
