Good for access to Madrid airport
The hotel room was excellent and the parking was easily accessible. However, the hotel was further from the centre of Madrid than expected and there is not a lot in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The bar in the hotel doesn’t open until 6 pm and the restaurant 8 pm. The evening meal in the restaurant was superb with a very helpful waiter. Breakfast also offered a wide choice of good quality food.

Very nice hotel that fitted well with my trip. Only issue I have with the AC is the location, it's well located if you're driving but not if you rely of taxis or have to walk to and from the centre where the restaurants are, it's a good 40 mins each way.

Great choice near Alcala
This is a good, clean hotel near the charming town of Alcala de Henares. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, with Nespresso coffee makers. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was a wee bit past it’s prime but still more comfortable than many we have encountered in Spanish hotels. Only knock against it is that the lobby and elevators seem to be deliberately scented with a particularly virulent version of Axe body spray, but we overcame that by imagining it was evidence of the presence hormonal teens and then being glad they were gone. But you can find your own coping mechanism. Overall, a really good stay in a really nice place.

Helpful staff, clean & spacious
We stayed only one night, hotel reception spoke English & were extremely helpful, room was bright, clean & comfortable. Not sure why I booked this hotel for Alcala as it's in a residential area & 2.5km from the centre. Probably because it had parking available. However, there is an excellent & inexpensive bus service with the stop right outside the hotel & journey time is 20 to 30 minutes. WIFI was free but breakfast was extra. W'd certainly use AC Hotels again.
