Electrical outlet in bathroom did not work , Bathroom faucet is broke . Hair dryer is broke and in a bag on the back of the door. My husband and I Think this room# 207 is a distress room. What one in my business of travel agents call a room that need work .

Don’t Do It!
Last minute trip for Christmas shopping. The pictures are outdated, torn linens, no help with luggage(not even a carrier in site). Broken TV and remote, but we did get moved to a different room. Wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed in, but had I been not with tiny children I would have left.

Greatly disappointed!
We traveled from Florida and got there early (1pm) and were denied early check in. When we entered through the back door there was a steady drip of water landing directly in the walkway path by the back door. So water ( it wasn't raining) dripped on us as we manipulated the lock and our luggage to enter. There was a cart full of black garbage bags blocking the hallway that my wife bumped into knocking a bag to the floor. The hallway had nice carpeting that hadn't been vacuumed in many days and a big spill in the middle of the hallway. When we got settled in the room we realized that it was not that clean. The toilet seat was loose and needed to be tightened down. The bathroom sink was dripping underneath and had a puddle accumulated under the counter. I put the waste basket there to capture the leak and threw a couple of hand towels to prevent the puddle of water from spreading to the main bathroom floor. The tub drained slowly after showering in ankle deep water and the shower curtain was dirty. We have stayed at this same place before and were shocked at how this property has Deteriored in such a short time. Best Western Plus. ???
