Beautiful hotel,,,room was amazing with huge tv,comfy bed,and very warm decor,,,not much of a complainer but a few things would have made it better,,,we were pretty much the only ones in the whole hotel,,you'd think they would be kind enough to bump us to a suite ,,don't think it would be to much of a big deal,,(customer service!!and to boot we were a little shocked to pay 20 bucks for the one night we were there for parking!come on now a little perk goes along way ...we asked the guy at the desk about it ,,his quote ,,,no lie.....it's to cover the heat because it's heated ,,,,lol,,,another lol,,,made us laugh but hey it is what it is,,,we had a great stay at this hotel...

Pros: comfortable bed, beautiful property, very clean, nice swimming pool, nice surroundings and nearby amenities Cons: had to pay an additional $20 to park at the hotel over night, rooms were not sound proof at all, very noisy at night from the other guests. Due to this we would not stay again.

Had been to this hotel in the past a few times. Found it ran down Experience was not great since we had about 5 hours of power outage, spa and gym were closed, therefore not much left to do since weather was terrible. Surprised they wouldn't have back up power for rooms

It was my wife’s 50th. The room wasn’t clean (dust and bugs in room). The faucet was broken, crunchy stain the floor, screen door covered in dust. Terrible view and disappointing stay.

Very Nice Stay
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Too bad that due to COVID-19 only the pool was open, the rest of the spa/hot tub/gym was closed. The room was spacious and clean, stocked with toilettries and plenty of towels. The restaurant in the hotel is good, but there are plenty more around as well. The hotel is overall very nice and conveniently located. We also appreciated secure underground parking and fast stable WiFi.
