Great amenities for the kids! We couldn’t do the water park bc of the weather but there was still plenty to do. Loved how spacious our villa was! Place was not clean, condom in the floor of the kids arcade. I alerted employee, it was still there the following day. Picture of bed also had what appears to be ejaculation shot on it from the people before us. Gross! I also did not receive the perks I was supposed to with being a gold member. I was told the hotel did not recognize those benefits. Disappointing. Staff was young and rude, cared more about talking to coworkers about their weekend plans then assisting guests which is probably why I condom was left on the ground for at least two days.
