We come to Tahoe quite often and have stayed at several different hotels in the past. We booked this hotel for our Valentine’s weekend celebration. So disappointing. The hotel parking was full. The hotel colors make the environment looks like a hospital in the inside. The room lacks comfort. Concierge will try to sell you all sorts of things... and the list goes on and on. We are not coming back.
Parking situation ruined overall experience. Room was nice, but not having a parking spot was extremely frustrating. Separate lot offsite is not convenient. Staff was nice and professional. Property is in a great location next to lake. Great view from balcony. Will never stay here again specifically because of parking.
Prrfect FRONT DESKtruly helpful. As well as nighttime reservations desk manager! Concierge Awesome (Kami)
We stayed for 1 night while in Tahoe for snowplay with our toddler. This is our second time at this hotel. We love it for the size of the rooms, cleanliness and the kitchen. The location is great as it is next to the lake with a little shopping area/restaurants across the parking lot. There's a few restaurants across the street too. I'll highly recommend it
Most parking is not on site, line to check in, restaurants not open for breakfast but was for dinner. Shuttle can’t take you to breakfast only yo your car. Internet was awful. Bummed.
Parking sucks. Towels need to be charged out daily and not requested. Overall good place
There is a 2" gap under the front door. The heating unit which is over the dining room table was extremely loud. The bed was not comfortable. They need to upgrade to pillow tops. I would not stay again because of the low quality beds. There was trash on the patio. There was a truck with trash in it parked outside the side building entry. There was inadequate parking and we received a very nasty and unnecessarily rude parking violation.
Great stay could not use the balcony, because of the snow , but good stay
Very nice, will come here again
Now I have state of this place multiple times in the past and loved him that is why I tried to stay again. We checked in about 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday night. It was 72゚ in the Room. We turned the AC on and open the balcony door to cool down the Room about 20 minutes later closed the balcony door and went to bed. At 4:30 in the morning I was awoken because I could not breathe I get up in the thermostat says it is 94 in the Room. I call down to the front desk and a security guard comes up forces to turn it off and says that we will have somebody look at it tomorrow while I'm gone on my ski trip. The next morning I talked the front desk they send somebody up there and told me if they could not fix it they would call me I get back on the Wednesday night about 8:00 p.m. it is once again 73 in the Room. I wait about 20 minutes in the AC itself is blowing hot air they now send a engineer into the Room to fix it, The engineer that comes up is friendly and helpful ends up getting it fixed he finds out the AC is actually blowing 109゚ hot air It takes him about an hour to fix it after he found out that the AC is blowing out 109゚ hot air, But the engineer has to come up Walmart wife and I have just finished an exhausting day trying to enjoy our dinner that we were in the middle of making when we realised the AC was blowing hot hair in the front desk did nothing about it to call us earlier in the day and tell us it was not working and no remedy was offered.
