Recent Stay In Santa Fe
This hotel is fantastic. Wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed in the Hacienda which provided cocktails in the evening and a breakfast credit. Staff were exceptional! Due to Covid we had room service for both of our meals which was wonderful!

Great hotel; unfortunate to stay during covid
I booked a room in the spa section and found out it was all closed for covid. Also included breakfast and found out upon arrival it is actually a $12/day credit and they automatically include an 18% service fee, eventhough you have to take it back to your room to eat it as no one is allowed to eat or drink inside the hotel. The spa building is full of Indian treasures and the room is very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel! Our room was gorgeous. The hotel is not well-managed, however—instead of just having a sign at the Hacienda to identify the building, you have to wait for a “butler” to show you to your room. After a long drive, we didn’t want to wait for a butler, but there’s no map of the grounds, and no signage to show the way. Also, we called in a take-out order from the restaurant and when I went to pick it up, it was on formal dishwater and a heavy room service tray, which we had to then carry ourselves through the parking lot. The room was lovely (but we couldn’t find it) and the food was good (but we had to haul it ourselves). We couldn’t do the included breakfast in the morning because there was a long line with few Covid precautions. Overall, those little annoyances added up to where I wouldn’t stay here again, unfortunately.

The suite was comfortable and the staff friendly. VIP access from expedia didn’t mean anything however. No difference then other guests and no special something. The butler service was good. The restaurant ok but nothing special, limited but tasty breakfast options, Mexican style. Due to covid 19 the spa was closes and was not mentioned on the Expedia site and that was a big disappointment for me and my wife as that was the reason we booked this hotel.
