Very nice hotel in a convenient quiet location
Very nice hotel, in a quiet block very close to lots of restaurants and pubs, just 3 blocks away from the Opera metro station. Very convenient location. If you're driving, drop the car at the automated parking garage just 2 blocks away. They will give you the directions. It is inexpensive and very safe. Breakfast was a little below average, but still good. We enjoyed our stay and would return

Good hotel but sadly not safe
Hotel an staff were very nice but unfortunately I had my mobile phone robbed from my room . The manager did as much as he could an even called police as it was a iPhone an it was showing that it was still in the hotel . We had checked out for 11 was not getting picked up till 3 . We had put case in the storage provided an went out to continue to sight see this is when I noticed I had left my mobile in our room . Within 30 minutes we returned to check room I knew it was there as it was showing it was still there . After 3 hours of searching I still did not have phone . So I the last few days have been madness to get a new phone . This sadly la bad mark towards this hotel . Otherwise I was happy with the accommodation.

Only downside was the challenge of finding parking. Otherwise we were very pleased with our stay. Andrea, the hotel's concierge was fantastic! She helped us with finding restaurants, booking additional rooms, very helpful.......overall great service. Great breakfast, good location.

I had a great stay! Nice breakfast with plenty of options for every taste, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly and courteous reception. The only down side was street noise, but nothing that the hotel can do about it. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and Modern Hotel
The Head Receptionist Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful which was a nice first impression of the hotel. The other members of staff were also very polite. We had a superior room on the 5th floor and although it did face the street the windows were very soundproof. The room was spotless and spacious. Great location in the centre of the city. Breakfast had a variety of options and the cappuccino from the machine was very tasty! Great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.
