Ok. Didn’t have courtesy breakfast. I had to ask for another remote because the one in room didn’t work. Their clock in the room was wrong. The elevator stop working for a little while. I had to walk in the cold to get my car. I will not go back.

The location is wonderful if you need to be close to Northwestern University and there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel is quiet, comfortable and beautifully managed.

We were disappointed because we were given a handicap room whose shower stall was very low and uncomfortable for us. When we informed the front desk, we were told that those were rooms blocked off for reservations from hotels.com. If we knew that, we wouldn’t book at hotels.com

Total disappointment
While I understand what’s taking place with Covid, I walked in to check in and nobody was around. No bell to ring...nothing. Finally when she came out I was told the room wasn’t ready. It was after check in time too. Told me to wait. 6 other people checked in while I was waiting!!! That was not acceptable!

The hotel was certainly clean enough, and centrally located for our purposes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but to have NO breakfast included at all (most are offering some sort of grab and go option) and not able to get coffee most mornings downstairs to go, it felt frustrating, as dining in the immediate area is dictated by covid rules. All that said, I would choose clean over any other options any day and this was a clean spot.
