Checking in went smoothly. Came back to purchase a drink and chips and stood at the front waiting for 10 minutes for someone and they never showed up. The shower was missing a body wash pump and they claimed they didn’t have anymore. The room was freezing and it took about 8-10 hours for the room to heat up. The breakfast Orange juice machine wasn’t working.

Benefits during COVID
Great to have the kitchenette with a place to sit and eat meals, especially during COVID when it is not always safe to eat at a restaurant. Great towels, but would like to have a top sheet instead of just a comforter - lighter weight in summer. Had a couch and chair in living area, not the most comfortable, but great to have when spending more time in the hotel than usual.

Great place for my family to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast, we could put the kids to bed and stay up later in the living room. Win-Win-Win!

Bifold closet door was damaged and falling from track. Draperies were dangling from the rods by one or two hooks. Room darkening curtains did not close properly.
