Breakfast buffet at the 12th floor was splendid, plenty of choice in food and amazing views over the Red Sea.

The hotel is BIG and has big space around it you can explore alot around it , near the beach which is awesome -The reception was good ,polite and welcoming - the room was awesome , balcony is great , clean ,bathroom is clean as well - space is great - The breakfast was great and pool was awesome , gym -over all very nice keep in mind : the gym - billiards are allowed for men only so if u come with your wife u cant even play billiards - upon check out i called 3 times for to get someone to come help but no response - they will charge extra 10% that is not mentioned anywhere

I stayed 2 nights for business overall it was good it’s a hotel where local people prefers and considering the price it’s a little expensive plus no breakfast included

We had 2 interconnecting rooms . En-suite toilet was blocked after first use .it would not flush away any toilet content!!! Over a period of 3 days the toilet kept getting blocked and plumbers cane 7 times .I demanded to be moved and was told hotel fully booked !! On our last day I was told that they had a room and were getting it ready for us The room was not ready by 9 pm and we had a very early flight the ne t day with young kids so decided not to move in the end !! Demanded a refund as was not happy to pay for the room . I had to argue with the manager who finally agreed to refund 2 nights as it was out Choi e not to move rooms on the last night !! Told it can take 90 days to get the money back When we arrived back home found a £945 charge to our credit card for breakfast that had already been prepaid for !!!! Trying to resolve this as well now !!! Officially the worst hotel stay ever !!!

The whole experience staying at the Jeddah Hilton is excellent. When entering the hotel the doormen and women are all excellent. The hotels of women and men at the front desk are very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable, and they make all their customers and guest feel at home. The executive lounge staff and food and accommodations are also wonderful And the location, room size food and restaurants are all excellent. The management at the the hotel is doing a good job of creating a vibrant and welcoming culture at the the hotel and the hotel staff are to be commended on their excellent work.

The management, front desk, hall ambassadors, staff are all excellent. The concierge and car greeters are excerpt as well. Excellent job to the administration, staff and management for having a well run hotel, Also the food is real excellent with a wonderful offering

The property is excellent the management is excellent and the staff is excellent I highly recommend this property. Five star

The room and bathroom were a little tired but it was generally ok. My only negative of the room is the adjoining door. Our neighbour came back in the early hours and put on the TV. The door let all the sound through. Otherwise, the staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast was good with lots of choice.
