Great hotel unbeatable location !
Great service, rooms are a little dated but facility and staff were not notch! Great deal and enjoyed swimming. Covid precautions seemed to be on point minus one family running around without masks on but overall great!

The hotel was good and just about everyone that worked there was kind. The girl at the front desk that check us in could have been a bit more kind and helpful. I cannot recall her name, but she was not very friendly. Other than that the staff was good. And we had a really nice time.

Images aren’t accurate
Service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly. The rooms fell very short of our expectations. The images online look nothing like the rooms. Yes, we still slept there our whole stay so it was do-able. I also was in the middle of taking a shower and the water pressure went out and I had no water for a solid minute- twice. Just a fair warning. The vent in the bathroom that’s located in the shower was filled with dust as well. The comforter in the room also had some chocolate stains on it covered with a top sheet. Not ideal. The outdoor and indoor pools are both beautiful, but you’re paying for the room, too. Overall, we still stayed but it fell very, very short of our expectations.

Not worth $180 a night
I don't think this hotel is a $180 a night hotel. It definitely needs updating and a really good deep clean. During this pandemic, we wipe down everything when we get into a room at any hotel, we did this upon our arrival at his hotel...it wasn't bad. The carpets could've used a really good vacuum. There was dirt, grass and general dust around. The edges and corners of the room looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while and the dust on the base of the furniture was pretty thick. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast in a bag....I didn't eat it because I don't eat a lot of processed crap. The spa was phenomenal!!! We had a couples massage that was to die for. Very clean facility and great staff!

Great Location but just ok. Needs updating and could of been cleaner. Toilet had a stain, Candy wrapper under bed ,sock not ours behind the couch. Just ok stay and little pricey for lack of updates especially bathroom
