WiFi should be for free for the guess Food should be little more healthy (Mexican restaurant) Crew from other hotel should be not allow to enter in the property or/and taking others guess to other hotel for “promotions” because they are taking days from the vacations from the guess.

The hotel moved my reservation from their place to the Gran Vantene which was about 20 miles away from where I needed to be. From talking to my realtor this wasn't the first time this resort transferred reservations. They have approximately 200 high end rooms. The resort says they are having issues with several rooms and that's the need to transfer customers.

This resort is the worst. The staff will ignore you & only pay attention to guys. Sheets & towels are dirty. Food is horrible, I never want to go back to this place again.
