Lovely apartment, just one problem
The hotel has rooms which are more like apartments, it was very clean and modern and generally excellent. The only downside was the smoking area in the courtyard which resulted in the room smelling of smoke.

Overall stay was very good. Receptionist Laura upon arrival during check-in was very friendly and attentive, made us feel welcome. Other staff throughout the stay were also helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location. 45min from airport. Situated close to both S-Bahn, and there is a U-Bahn at the end of the street. Although we walked into the centre too. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Rooms were quirky and clean. Had everything we needed. No daily cleaning, but that was fine. New towels etc if we needed. Bar/restaurant is nice, although it is small and tables often reserved. We didn’t eat, but we had drinks. Was a nice vibe and products, but it was a bit expensive, €7 for a bottle of water for our kid was a bit steep. We didn’t have the breakfast, because although it was probably nice, it was also expensive at €19 a head. Overall a good stay, and would stay again.

Basic hotel, bed was ok, had a blocked sink, they sorted it out but didn’t clean it, had to ask for more tea/coffee but never left any, asked for fresh towels but never arrived, no phone in the room.

Great Stay with Helpful Staff
We entered the lobby after taking a taxi because we were unfamiliar with the area. We were greeted with enthusiasm by Sebastian who quickly checked us in & educated us about the area, and restaurants. Days later when we needed help with the washing machine, Sebastian was on duty and came to our rescue. The hotel is in a good location and we enjoyed walking to Karlsplatz and Marienplatz. We loved the Christmas Markets which opened the day before our arrival. Bed was very comfortable, kitchenette was beneficial in storing and heating leftovers. The hotel is close to the train station and after our stay and becoming familiar with the area, we walked to the station to catch our outgoing train.
