The people were fine. The beds and pillows were terrible. Lots of noise. Kids running up and down the halls. Could not even go to the pool. Was VERY crowded

Grace was the name of desk clerk. She was very nice and friendly. Made us feel she was happy to see us. However, the beds were uncomfortable. I like a firm bed, but not this hard. Pillows were flat. Time for new ones folks. If it weren't for the desk clerk this would be a bust.

The room was extremely dirty and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so bad we had to leave. 10/10 do not recommend staying here.

There was a beetle crawling on the door when we got to the room. My wife found an actual nail in her bed! Under the sheet on the mattress it was sticking up. We left ASAP.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was clean although the ceiling and higher up on the walls looked stained. Beds were ok, pillows were hard. Overall would probably stay here again as it is budget friendly.

Horrible !!
Reserved the ‘presidential suite’ equipped with a spa tub and fire pace. Fire place was out of order ( which I paid extra for.) Also, fridge, coffee pot, tv, and microwave did not work either. They ‘fixed’ the problem by dragging an orange extension cord across my ‘presidential suite’ will never stay again, would not recommend to anyone either.

Nasty! Dirty! Smelly!
The room was SO dirty! It didn’t even look like there were clean sheets on the bed. Thank goodness brought our own bedding! Then they charged me over $40 saying we left stained sheets! Did not even happen! To top it off the hallways wreaked of people smoking pot and who knows what else. Drunk people in the hallways, a large dog barking all night which must had been left alone in the room. I will never stay there again!
