Um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei
Minha sorte foi que só fiquei duas noites nesse hotel. Nos colocaram em um quarto em que o ar condicionado era de parede (e na foto do anúncio era split) e, quando ligado, parecia que havia uma obra dentro do quarto. Pedimos para mudar e nos colocaram em outro. Neste quarto, por ser o último de um corredor, a internet não funciona (o roteador fica próximo ao elevador). O quarto é velho e as paredes são encardidas. O banheiro é também sujo, o vidro do box não via limpeza fazia tempo. Detalhe: a água quente do chuveiro não funciona, principalmente à noite. O café da manhã é mediano, em um espaço apertado, sem diversidade. Os recepcionistas são completamente despreparados e sem vontade. Quando reclamei da água quente (e já tinha outra hóspede também reclamando) eles disseram que o problema seria resolvido pela manhã. Sobre a internet, disseram que iam verificar. Eu tive que fazer uma chamada de trabalho na área do café da manhã e finalizar um relatório na recepção, com o computador no colo. As imagens do anúncio não correspondem ao hotel. A recepção é escura, os corredores dos quartos também, paredes encardidas. Não recomendo.
