Very comfortable stopover hotel.
Ideal stopover between Santander ferry and Southern Spain. VERY comfortable bed, which was huge! Only downside was refurbishment of restaurant but staff were great and breakfast was up to Ibis standard if a bit cramped! Would use again.

Friendly and efficient staff
Overall the hotel is well run and well managed. It is very clean and newly refurbished to a very high standard. I had some issues as regards the time it took to check in but realised this was down staff members attempting to help many people at a busy time. Parking and a small park Is located close bye

Close to the Madrid airport, about 10 minutes but not at airport prices. Clean and quiet room with a queen size bed! Yeah!!Also a grocery store next door with a great selection of cheese and dried Jamon.

We liked it
Ibis as expected (and this means good!). Clean and comfy, good location for airport and to explore the charming Alcala de Henares (short drive or long walk to the center, plus archeological site right near the hotel). Parking is outside, so you can somehow manage even if all "normal" spots are taken.

Was okay. Perfect for a one-night stay before or after a flight, although it is a bit of a drive to and from the airport. Ample free parking, good internet and an okay breakfast. (I'd recommend it since there aren't many options available in the area). Excellent value for the price. Careful though - Expedia says there is no check-in after midnight. We rushed only to find out that there is someone there for check-in 24/7. They just lock the main doors and buzz you in.

Pet friendly, ibis always clean and comfortable.
One night while travelling north. Pet friendly and we have 2 dogs. Open ground nearby for dog walking. Limited food available and is microwaved but it was tasty.
