Clean and excellent room

Exceptional 10.0
Great hotel with an Art Deco vibe to it. Staff was great and friendly. The room itself was spacious and clean with nice little touches like a do not disturb sign that was made of felt and in the shape of an old school pennant. Also our room keys were student body ID cards. The roof top bar was very cool and gives you great views of the city. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again in a few months when we have to make another stay overnight in Seattle.

Fun, quirky 40's/50's furniture in an older 16 story building with only 12 rooms per floor harkens back to glamorous times, upholstery colors are vivid, bed comfortable. Plenty of room, good views. Bathroom's small but that can't be helped. Bring your own bottled water if you object to paying $5/bottle for what they supply, and note that the rooms don't have in-room coffee. If you can make room for an early evening cocktail at the very popular rooftop (16th floor) bar overlooking Lake Union.

It was a really fun hotel. The lounge was great as well. My only complaint was a lot of loud clanking and banging around at 8am on a Sunday from what sounded like the cleaning service in another room.

Eccentric hotel that is hip and fun but very loud
Cute hotel that offers a lot of character and unique service. My room was so loud it reminded me of when I lived in a dorm room. I could hear every little noise from other guests including music, conversations, showers, construction, ice machine.
Dianna, us5 night business trip

Great location for University of Washington. Convenient cafe & bar in the building with good food. Space is quite small but was adequate for one person. There was a funny odor in the room and a different strange odor in the closet. Front desk staff were friendly.

Staff are Amazing!
Staff members were very warm, friendly and went above and beyond. When I walked into the Graduate it gave me a sense of my childhood and made me feel very much at home. We had a fabulous time!
