Not really good. No social distancing. Overcrowded. Kids and others running around a crowded pool without masks. Food was nothing to rave about and room was spartan at best. No fridge in room. Elevator crowded with people not wearing masks.

Listen. If you're looking for a budget hotel (that you don't intend to spend much time at) then Holiday Inn Resort in Acapulco is your place. It got the job done, the staff responded to our general needs and the beach literally just steps away. Is it a luxury hotel? No, there are lots of families and kids running around, and the food is mediocre at best. My balcony door was stuck/jammed, and the hotel doesn't allow outside food or drinks into the facility. The pool view of the entire strip is gorgeous though, and that alone makes up for the other flaws. I spent most of my time at the pool or out in the city, so the lack of amenities didn't bother me much. If you're traveling on a budget, or have children, this is a good option. The establishment is also wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus!
