Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* This spacious two-bedroom apartment can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. It has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with modern fittings. There is a spacious living area and the kitchen comes fully equipped and fitted with state of the art appliances. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.This home has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to be used. The living area is located next to the kitchen and it features a table and enough chairs for all guests, comfortable sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of books. From the living and kitchen area, guests will have direct access to the private garden and to the outhouse. In the outhouse, guests will find a study room ideal to get some work done and a gym section. Each bedroom comes with a high-quality mattress and can sleep two guests. There is a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The other bedroom features a double bed as well. The second bathroom comes with shower and there is also a toilet room for added convenience. The home offers high-speed WiFi and it has plenty of space to get work done should you need it. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the homes at all times.
