Everything was great, but no parking.
It was a nice hotel, friendly staff and beautiful room. I was here in business, so fortunately my company paid for the stay. With that said, I probably wouldnt pay to stay here due to the parking situation. If there was a place to park, its beyond sight and many blocks away. You're borderline forced to utilize valet, which comes at a nightly cost that will be $100s for a multiple night stay (this is fee...not including tips) Most valet attendants were certainly hard working, very friendly, even during understaffed busy checkout mornings. Claudia at the bar/restaraunt was an absolute pleasure and her flatbreads are on point! Only other small gripe: If you want housekeeping done, plan ahead. They need a bit of notice. I believe the deadline was somewhere between 10a-12pm the day prior to receive a refresher. So if you leave at 6am on Monday, you won't see a made up room until Tuesday evening.

Disappointed
Beautiful, new property. We checked in at 8:00 pm and could not lock the door from the inside. The front desk had to be alerted twice. The engineer came and worked on the lock for three hours with no success. At one point a new lock was placed on the door and it locked from the outside, locking us and the engineer inside. The front desk was called to unlock the door from the outside. We we finally moved to another room at 11:00 pm with the same issue. We told the engineer but not the front desk and decided to stay in the room with a chair jammed against the door. I spoke with the manager the next morning and expressed concern their was no follow up from the front desk. The manager offered to refund the cost of our stay. I don't know how that works with hotels.com.

We left behind a computer charger in our room and called hours after check out to report it. We had to leave several messages over the course of the following days only to finally speak with someone who told us the charging brick was not located, just the cord. Very Disappointed by the service.
