Simply the Best!
I was so surprised and impressed! Gorgeous room with spectacular view of pool and ocean. Nightly turn- down with chocolates and bottled water. Breakfast (included) was a buffet ( as well as made-to-order items), and it was was marvelous. The dining room also had the ocean view. Staff were attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Spotlessly clean. I didn’t want to leave!

Room Not Ready at Check In
Got to the Beverly Hills at 14h45 and The Room was not ready, waited for about 15min and was handed the room keys. Kuben the manager apologised and complimented the room with a Cheese Platter. Went up to the room and noticed that the room was not serviced properly - had only three tissues in the bathroom tissue box. No bedroom/bath slippers were present, and no laundry bags present. And The one bedside lamp was damaged. We brought all this to the attention of a cleaner in the hallway and they rectified it later when we got back.

great place
First visit for 26 years. My husband and I met there, and decided to go back to visit. Its a charming hotel, feels a little colonial and old-school. The service and staff are some of the best trained and friendliest staff we have ever met in a hotel. We frequent top class hotels quite often due to my husband's work, and the service in the BH rivals the Ritz and the Dorchester truly excellent. The food (especially the lamb curry) is excellent. Very good value hotel. We'll be back... again. If we had to have any criticism at all, it would be that some of the rooms can be a little tired. But then its a classic not a modern hotel.
