Friendly service and a bowl of candy with a hand written/drawn card in the room as a welcome gift made up for otherwise worn down and outdated hotel.

Good location but old hotel
The hotel is old and dated. But beds were comfortable. If you are looking just to sleep and have no need of other amenities, then this hotel would do. On the plus side, the location is very good.

the room is very spacious.the hotel is conveniently located next to the bus stop for santa claus express too. however, we can hear people talking and laughing on the streets at night which disturbs our sleep. overall, it's a nice hotel

Only problem we had is a flooding shower room. Looks it’s a standard finish hotel style, but very inconvenient after shower. Bathroom floor was flooded all over and bath mat and slippers are all wet.

Nous avons aimé les petits déjeuners copieux et variés avec des propositions de produits locaux , l'amabilité du personnel d’accueil souriant et disponible pour donner des renseignements, la situation de l’hôtel dans le centre ville proche des magasins ,restaurants arrêts de bus... mais très calme,le sauna au sein de l'hôtel. Nous avons quelques fois regretté qu'il ny ai pas de restauration le soir.

Das einzig Gute an der Unterkunft ist die tolle Lage und die gute Anbindung an die Buslinien und den Santa Claus Express. Jedoch ist das Gebäude, die Einrichtung so alt und abgenutzt, dass man nur einmal dort absteigen wird. Die Betten sind total weich und klein, die Zimmer sehr abgenutzt und alt. Das ganze Hotel ist in den 60er Jahren stehen geblieben. Kaputte Lampen, ungenutzte Lobby, dunkle abgenutzte Möbel und keine wirklich attraktive Bar.
