Customer service was horrible and they are very rude never will recommend them again, hotel hallways are very hot and elevator is extremely slow waiting to hear from corporate in regards to complaints filed against them, they had the nerve to say that they felt uncomfortable when I questioned them about depleting funds from my account, I hope management staff take courses on customer service to serve ALL creeds and colors

A Virus Handicapped Opinion
Due to the virus most of the amenities were not available, so i think it would be unfair to judge the hotel using normal criteria. So, judging our stay based on the virus changes, i would say it was an excellent stay. The employees were extremely nice and the property was in really good condition.

Stayed at Courtyard Marriott for a few days and I was very pleased with the facility, staff, and amenities. The staff member who assisted me with extending my visit on the 21st was very kind and helpful. It was also nice to see the hotel implement COVID-19 measures regarding face masks and sanitizing efforts. This hotel is my go to every time I visit the area.
