The staff was very nice an accommodating, check in was easy and location was perfect. The room was pretty clean except there was some hair still on the bathtub drain, not a big deal. The bed was hard and you can feel the springs plus the pillows were flat so I had to ask for another (which they gave me right away!) That would be my only complaint of the room. The ice machine wasn't working when I went to use it but I didn't bother anyone about it because I just drank my water room temp. There was a lobby area which had two train set ups but neither of them was on/working and that was disappointing because my son really enjoyed looking at the trains. For the price, its not a bad place but because of my back and the beds, I probably wouldn't visit again or if I had to, I would bring some type of mattress topper.
