Wonderful boutique hotel
Maison Mere is a beautiful boutique hotel, with fabulous staff, facilities and an intimate and relaxed atmosphere in communal areas. The beds are incredible, I have never slept in such a comfortable, luxurious bed anywhere else. The rooms are petit but have great coffee machines, and TV package, including English channels not always found in Paris. It is definitely our go to accommodation for Paris now.

card machines
Card machines do not accept Mastercard Debit cards. I had to phone my bank and it took 2 hours to be told it was the machine that wouldnt accept it. Hotel staff refused to accept it was the card reader and did very little to help offer any solutions except to pay the tax at check out. my card worked on all other machines in Paris (except BNP ATM). This meant i couldnt use the bar or restaurant or spend any money in the hotel.

great hotel. great service. little things that I feel would have been nice. different serving spoons for meat and non meat as it seems use whatever is there. nice a quiet and within walkable distance from places and close to metro.
