Our stay was good our room was spacious and comfortable
Excellent service, friendly and professional staff. Nice view hotel. Definitely will recommend to families and friends!
Enjoyed our stay. Really happy with the service. Due to road works water got turned off one evening. How ever the hotel organized us to have showers at another hotel. Was very pleased that the hotel made a plan for us to use showers elsewhere
Great hotel, friendly service. Would definitely recommend.
Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable room with great view. Great service. Best to book dinner before hand.
A beautiful hotel from th moment your walk in to the lovely scented entrance. The room we had overlooking the lake was well appointed and in excellent condition. The service was excellent and the restaurant food was superb. We'll be back!
Friendly staff, lovely room and housekeeping, love the fact that there is guest laundry and the hot tubs were a great touch!
The room was dark and a bit outdated. We booked for a lake view room, but half of the view is partially obstructed by the green roof of the property below. Limited breakfast options. Parking is not too secure and expensive. Staff are lovely and friendly though.
Stunning hotel, amazing views. Be warned- there is a hill to get to the hotel (approx 6 flights of stairs)
For a 4-5 star hotel the rooms were awful- outside the drive way and noisey. The staff were rushed off their feet at the restaurant so some were unhelpful- the didn’t bother to explain the full options available.
