Overall good stay
Staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was nice to have a seperate conjoined room as part of the suite. Breakfast was all sealed grab and go which you would expect during the covid era. Overall we had a good stay.

Superb Stay in Springdale
Clean and comfortable with delightful staff. Even with COVID restrictions, team did an awesome job of providing a variety of options during their modified breakfast service. Perfect location with easy access to Zion. Bonus - fire pit available to guests, so we were able to relax outside by the fire with a perfect mountain view. We will stay again!

Wonderful place to stay! Amazingly clean and new hotel- even had a hot tub and fitness room that is actually OPEN during COVID. We recommend!

We arrived late night and had to leave early in the morning to explore Zion. Was a short stay. The staff was friendly. Due to the pandemic, lot of Restaurants were closed around, but the person at front desk assisted us with finding the best of available options. Breakfast starts at 6. Upon request, we actually got early access! Overall great location, good service

Great place to stay! Close to restaurants and shops and not far to the park entrance. Hotel was clean and comfy. Staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was included. They've got some nice outdoor space with fire pits and some good views. Planning to stay here again the next time we visit.

I checked in and the staff was very friendly and excited about their new scan gun to make work go by more efficiently for them and us customers. I like that the hotel is constantly upgrading! Our room was positioned perfectly because we had our German Sheperd with us and it really helped that we were on the first floor by the door. FREE Breakfast was provided in to go bags due to covid that was a breakfast sandwich , and orange , and Greek yogurt. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Overbooked but accommodated me nicely.
This review is actually for the SpringHill Suites that I was moved to because the Holiday Inn Express was overbooked for some reason. My stay at SpringHill Suites was great. Room was spacious with a separate couch, ottoman, desk. Bathroom was nice and spacious, too. All good.

highly recommend this hotel. Staff friendly, great location, clean and amazingly comfortable bed. beautiful grounds and well kept. Stayed over Christmas and very cheap. Don't know if its due to Covid or time of year. Not overly crowded. Would stay here again in the future.
