"Great hotel in the heart of Milan. Close to trains, food and anything else a tourist could ask for. The rooms we clean and the hotel staff are friendly. Helped with everything, check in was good. We never ate here but had a few drinks at the bar. Bar staff was friendly. "

"What a fantastic hotel stay, we stayed with our 2 children in a family room and it was brilliant, the room was great (room 810) and very clean, the staff were excellent and so helpful. It's 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and don't forget to get a Panzerotti from Luini (left of the Duomo), very very good. The breakfast at the hotel had so much choice and wonderful coffee! The rooftop restaurant was fantastic too. Lovely to have security on the main doors. There is music in the rooftop terrace every night which you can hear a bit but it didn't disrupt our sleep and the tram noises some complained about weren't a problem. You could see the mountains from our room window which was beautiful. 100% coming to stay here again! If you are a light sleeper then I expect the 9th floor is out for you. "
