    I have to highlight the service Sabiha, Kemal and Hikmat provided. Just exceptional how they care about the guests. Immense number of our questions and requests were answered on WhatsApp. Baggage brought to the room. Water, coffee, large variety of tea available for free. Cute breakfast and you always get something more than you ask for. Beautiful view from terrace where nice sitting area is placed. Rooms are of their style. Like night on the castle. In December the rooms were charmingly warm. Staff speaks English that’s pretty a standard in Göreme. Don’t forget to stop at Oscar steak house, opposite, for having a dinner and unique service. Great choice,

    Best experience

    This is one of the best hotel to stay at. In turkey, I have had the best experience at helen cave overall, wherein i had also travelled to Antalya and Istanbul. If anyone ever plans to go to Cappadocia, one must stay there. The breakfast is excellent. The Management is very caring and helpful. They did not charge me extra when my flight to Istanbul was at 4 and I checked out after 1:30 pm and checkout time was 11 am. They also got my hot balloon booking and it was perfect. Overall, the best experience in Turkey was at Helen Cave.

    Otel dizayn, odalar her şey şahaneydi

    Tatilimiz baslamadan bizimle iletisime gecilmesi cok hosumuza gitti. Cok ilgili ve tatlilardi. Otelde otopark ile ilgili hicbir sorun yasamadik, goreme merkezde idi. Konum dolayisiyla gercekten cok iyi. Superior odada konakladik, eminim ki bircok magara odalara gore cok cok sicak bir otel. Usume ile ilgili birakin sorun yasamayi, sicaktan bayilacaktik :) Odamızda jakuzi vardı, herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Otelin dizayni, odalarin ferahligi, temizligi her sey ama her sey cok guzeldi, biz cok memnun kaldik gercekten. Fakat kahvaltı ile ilgili gelistirme olabilir :) Yeni bir otel oldugu icin eminim ki zamanla revize edilir. Tekrar kapadokyaya gelsek yine burada konaklamak isteriz. Tavsiye ederim kesinlikle :) Her şey için çok teşekkürler ❤️
