The hotel should have check me in at 1:45 and not tell me to come back at 2:00pm. There was a group of 30 that walk in at 1:46 and the hotel staff member check the group in first.

staff (long blond hair who wear glasses) is unwilling to tell us the sightseeing points, after asking the first question, she circle the place on the map very fast and rude, i ask her the second question, her eye is despise to me, i don’t know why she is such impolite to me. the room is very close to the elevator, at night i don’t know why there was so many trolleys moving and make much noise. This is the worst ibis i lived!
