There was a bunch of kids that were constantly running up and down the halls and there didn't seem to be much done about it. I called to the front desk and they said there were other complaints about it and were going to talk to the kids? Where were the parents in all this? Also, there were other people close to our room the next night that were having what seemed like a party, and it took a long time before anything was done about that.. We have stayed here in the past, but may be looking at another place in the future.
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a great stay.
Check in was fast and the room was really nice and clean. Mountain view for $30 extra was beautiful. Beds were comfortable.
Stayed in a balcony king room, view was pretty obstructed for the mountains in behind the hotel so not really anything interesting to see in the morning, our breakfast experience was horrible as the service was extremely bad, no coffee or water refills and we sat there waiting to pay and had to even wait to do that. Food was also subpar at best. The room was extremely clean and the bed was extremely comfortable though so would stay again!
Our room was very spacious and quiet. The king size bed was comfortable. Overall this room added to a relaxing mountain trip.
Nice hotel .
I stayed here over the Valentine’s Day weekend. The hotel was average in most regards. The bed was comfortable. If you plan on going out for food the hotel is not walking distance to the downtown. (Over 20 min walking) We went in the off season and the price reflected that. I wouldn’t pay the high season rate to stay here.
Everything was great from check-in to check -out! Everyone was friendly and put me at ease right away. The view of the mountains was fantastic!
The hotel services was good, beautiful room and inside of the building, beds are comfortable. Only complain is there was shaved hair on the faults in the washroom that wasn’t properly cleaned, other than that, pretty good stay
I want to start off by saying we are very easy going people who don't complain often but this place definitely had more downs then ups. Customer service was great and the lobby entrance gives it a great start to our stay. However the room was fair from good. We were out on the hill all day so I couldn't wait to get back and have a hot shower. Yes, water was hot but the bath would not drain properly so we basically had a shower bath but that wasn't the worst part we found long dark hairs all over the tub which being blonde grossed me out little. When checking the bed we found more dark hairs being easy going my hubby and I laughed it off. But then we are starting to buckle down for the night and the walls must be paper thin because you can hear everything literally from above and be side.
