Do not stay in this hotel total rubbish,
Location ok , interior design looks ok , but room is horrible, no TV remote, shower works like a dripping leak, toilet flush to refill takes about 20 minutes, and we were told to order dinner by 8 pm as the restaurant close at 8.30pm .felt pressurised. Total rubbish place, you check in about 7 pm and have to rush to have dinner,because on Saturday they had a group having booked some kind if a dinner party, felt you are second . Ended up having mcdonalds at the end. I want you to refund my money and give it to a charity of my regular choice.Totak Rubbish place.I still have the receptionist writing the room number card, ended up tapping the wrong room. !!.I am person who travel and stayed in hotels around the world, this is something

pleasant looking hotel however the tables and chairs in the dining area had sticky surfaces , not nice , breakfast poor , no staff to replenish cutlery bread etc . Room nice bathroom plumbing bad , no cold water for shower so could not use.

Convenient and comfortable but under staffed
Good: everywhere was clean, huge comfy bed. Bathroom had shower over the bath which was fine although the bathroom was a bit shabby it was functional. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.Evening meal was good and reasonable prices. Hotel was very conveniently situated although impossible to find without sat nav!! Not good : no air conditioning, which would be OK except in a heat wave, which we had during our stay! I was assured that a fan would be provided in the room but when we arrived on the Friday afternoon there was no fan. I asked at reception and was told that they had all been stolen the previous day! We ate there Friday evening. The one member of staff was trying to check in other guests, serve at the bar and take meal orders. We ended up waiting quite a while to order. The chef was running in and out of the kitchen trying to cook and serve guests.We ate elsewhere after that! Saturday-breakfast served 7-10am and we arrived at 8am to find that there was no butter, marmalade, eggs or cereal. Apparently a big group of guests the previous day but had not restocked the kitchen. To be fair, breakfast was refunded. Sunday- cereals, butter, eggs and marmalade had been replenished but the hot plates had not been switched on so most of the hot food was cold and inedible and the bread was mouldy. Monday - no eggs, mushrooms, beans or tomatoes as all run out... breakfast refunded again! Not enough staff on during meal times, so things not topped up, we were fed up!!

We have stay here before 3 time and always found it very good. This time however the restaurant was closed so no food. We where not informed of this when we booked the room and the web pages confirmed there was service up to 9 pm
