Good location, too small tho and the staff was not so friendly.
Not so good check-in. Reception desk staff were not as helpful/efficient as they could have been. They put it down their mistakes to being tired and it was a long shift they started at 2pm. We checked in around 10pm.
The room is tiddly and the bathroom is lilliputian .
Great location, clean rooms, very small bathroom.
Small rooms, streets gets noisy and you loose sleep I’m the night, disappointing service, I forgot my shirt and reported the same, seems the housekeeping haven’t find it
Great locations but the building is old and the rooms are very small and need renovation. The bathroom smells, the a/c didn't work and the carpet was dirty. No ice machine in the building and no mini bar in the room.
very good location. good quality and variety of bfast although at times the breakfast area feels small when hotel is full and everyone attends breakfast at the same time. Beds could be better especially compared to the ibis standard. Rooms are very small
Everything was great except for the thermostat. When we turned the thermostat on and set it to 18C all it did was blow hot air. After some time it would automatically reset itself to 20C, but an independent thermometer showed that it was actually keeping the room at 23C. We tried just turning the unit off, but it would randomly turn on by itself. We ended up leaving the windows open and pulling our room key out of the power slot before going to bed.
Good location near city center. Small bathrooms. Nice breakfast
Hotel room was small which wasn’t a problem. However the room was extremely hot. Air con wasn’t working and had to have windows open fully all the time. Shower rain hot a cold all of the time to the extent of me getting burnt on one occasion. Buffet breakfast was ok. But we had to wipe our tables every morning before we could use them. On a plus the location was fantastic for Christmas markets, sightseeing and restaurants.
