Friendly staff and thr beds were so comfortable. My friend and I had a wonderful night away. Drinks by the pool and chesse platter was great. Our room waa free before 12pm which was really nice. I will be back.

It is a good hotel, well located; however, the poor level of the room amenities, bar and restaurant facilities and cleanliness of the room is detrimental to a better review. It seems that not all Sofitel offers the same quality of accommodation, which is a big issue for regular ACCOR guests. It seems that the quality of accommodation and service is better in a more affordable brand like ibis.

Found dirty sock. 2nd day a personal bottle was left on the room. Reception would take 10 mins to answer phone. Plates & cutleries took 45 mins to be delivered (not good, just plates). Room was not serviced/ bed made up until 930pm, and only after requested. No toilet paper left after serviced. Breakfast less than average. Staff not particularly friendly.
