Disappointing really and has higher expectations
Really disappointed. Room was over £200 a night and lights not working, plug by bedside had broken devices preventing anything being able to be plugged in. Bed was the most unconnected I’ve stayed in and springs making any movement horrible for my partner, the fridge in the room was switched off at the plug so couldn’t put any water or drink in it as it was as warm as outside. Generally terrible value for money and dark and dingy
