No heater ruin the whole experience!
Having stayed a few Holiday Inn hotels before, unfortunately this is my worst hotel experience. We went on the coldest day of the year and the heater does not work even if you adjust it (pointless having a room temperature control). In fact, I don’t think the heater is working at all unless Holiday Inn pre-set it. The restaurant/hotel was cold. Almost everyone eating had their coat/jacket on when dining. The staff was handing out blankets to those feeling cold when dining. We also used the swimming pool facility which was quite cold, as a result my child catch a cold that night. I had to ask for a portable heater from reception to keep my family warm. This is really poor experience for a 4 star hotel and from a big chain hotel. On the positive side, the staff is quite nice. I didn’t get their names, but one lady was very friendly and helped everything and even made our dining experience positive. Her attitude and professionalism was 5 stars. Another one was from the reception which she kindly given up her portable heater from the front desk so I can heat my room. Thank you both! Foods from dining was good. Breakfast was ok. Some didn’t get restocked quickly so at some time there’s no food. Especially fried egg. Again, it was cold eating so whole experience was not great. Just makes you want to quickly eat and go. Overall, the staff is nice but it seems they are under staffed. No heater ruin all experience as we didn’t have a comfortable stay.

Hi, Front office lady (Neha) is best in her industry , she is so polite and always ready to help . Excellent service at restaurant , I am sure Holiday inn will keep those excellent staff when we will visit again . Lovely Christmas decoration , decent swimming pool and sauna . Hotel location is convenient for public transport user but taxi or own car would be helpful.
