Returning guests - dusappointing stay
Arrived early, was assured room would be ready asap. Received a key at 2pm ( normal check in time) for a room that they knew was inferior to the room we had paid for. Manager very rude. Was finally given a key for the correct standard of room. No apology given, infact quite the opposite from the Manager. The patio in the room we were given needs some attention, room very noisy from passing guests and employees and every conversation can be heard from the customers in the bar/restaurant area. We have stayed a number of times previously and have recommended your hotel to friends and family. We are very disappointed.
