Super 8 by Wyndham Troy - Troy

Hotel is close to highway and several restaurants, the Chinese buffet across the road is very good. Hotel is quiet, indoor swimming pool, wifi, we come here every time because it is as good as a 4 star hotel. We are going back this weekend.

It was a very nice hotel. The lady in the breakfast area was so nice. We came to visit family that lives around there. Very close for us to meet up with them. The WiFi was slow, but that's ok for us. Would stay again.

Super service and friendly! They called me when we left something in the room...who does that anymore?! Highly recommend!

This is the 4th time I have stayed. One of those times (back in Nov 2016 for my son in Winfields wedding) I booked two rooms and had a sister and a niece each book a room.One stay we had a problem with other guests in which the police were eventually called and escorted them out. They had been making noise and disturbing other guests as well. This stay was good, however, the key card to our room was a problem. You had to swipe it several times to get it to work. I got a new one and it did the same. Was aggrivating along with the strong chlorine smell from the pool which you could smell on the third floor. I booked the room online for Friday nite and called back in a few days later to reserve Saturday night too. When I booked online, I thought I was booking directly with your facility. Once we got there and ready to check in, the address the desk clerk read back to me was a PO box in Texas. I live in Indiana. That was corrected. She told me it was reserved thru the Wyndham site, not yours directly. I don't think at the time of booking that I had an option for a discount such as AARP, State employee or one that I might be eligible for. When I asked Friday eve if there was some type I was told since it wasn't booked directly thru you that no discounts could be applied. Was told the original price for my room was $108, I got it for $106 each night. Would have thought there was a way to correct this. Asked if we were members of the reward club but not offered to do so

This hotel is great! Great location with easy hwy access. Great restaurants very close by, shopping very close by. Hotel was clean. Rooms, beds, pillows were clean and comfortable. No complaints at all. We will definately stay here again when visiting family.
