The property is in a great location to explore Christchurch, wether walking or by Uber. The lack of any desk staff for help is a negative.

We have stayed at this property in the past, a few times before. Easy location and clean property. This time we were located on the ground floor, sadly the room above was playing loud music all night long. The ceiling was vibrating and the sound/s were playing thought the room (The property does not have staff on site and no one answered the phone when we tried to call) very disappointing this time around. Will reconsider other options next visit.
