Do not stay at this property. I had problems since check in. I did not get a proper check in. Was not told I needed to make reservations for the restaurants. Had to order room service because of this and it was a joke. Worse room service I have ever had. I spoke with the manager about a different problem and was hung up on. I cancelled my last 3 nights and switched hotels. Very very disappointed. This is my first bad experience I have ever had out of any of the resorts in Mexico. Please do not stay here.

Loved everything about the stay except that I was not able to use the gym. Great staff and clean resort with very good food.

While the property itself is very nice and clean, and the staff is excellent, the amenities offered, the poor quality of the beach, and no water sport offerings like snorkeling or parasailing make it very mediocre at best.

I loved everything about the resort except “pre check-in”. It was a timeshare attempt disguised as a necessary check in procedure. Once we got our room keys all was fine. The room and the balcony appeared extremely clean. Dinner was impressive; from the quality of the meal to the service. For breakfast we ordered room service. It always came very fast and the coffee was very good. Just if you want salt for the eggs or maybe butter and jam for the toast remember to ask when you place your order on the phone. The pool is well maintained and ample spacing was respected between sets of lounge chairs. Always in all areas indoors and outdoors all staff work a face mask. We felt like our safety was a priority. I appreciate all efforts put forth and would love to return soon!

Compares to a Motel 6.Before getting to reception we HAD to go the restroom wash our hands and face . Our reservation was made Ocean view and was given First floor.All inclusive ? What a deception !! TACOS AND HAMBURGERS-IF YOU WANT STAKE OR SHRIMP PLATE COST YOU $45 EXTRA. RIPOFF-RIPOFF-RIPOFF *LOUD MUSIC ALL DAY AND PART OF NIGHT..THERE WAS WATER INSIDE THE ROOM (according the engineer was normal becouse air condioting was On.BS-BS-BS NEVER EVER RECCOMMEND ANY OF FACILITIES *.SWEET TALKERS,ABUSIVES.These were the worst aniversary since 25 years.PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE.FAKE ADVERTISERS *

Even with some stuff closed because of the limited capacity we had an amazing time. The staff was amazing, the food was great and the entertainment team was the best and Ruben was the best.
