My main issue was the fact that I booked 2 rooms, and the Red Jacket gave us 1 rm on one side of the complex, and the other rm way far away on the other side! Thought they'd be together. Also, I asked for a King.....got 2 queens. Hotel claimed it was because I booked thru a third party, however, we've booked 3rd party before and never had this issue. Also got surprised with a $49.50 extra fee on each rm at check-in for "Hotel Amenities".... never had that before, at ANY hotel....Disappointed. Waterpark is great, tho!

My brothers and I worked really hard to be able to book a family trip for my father for Father’s Day, since we’re all adults and we haven’t had a family vacation with all of us together in as long as I can remember. The hotel is VERY expensive, but of course we knew that going in and were excited to be able to pool our money for a once in a lifetime trip to a resort. Upon arrival, our room was not ready for the check in time and we had to wait quite a while to finally get into our room, and once we did the room was not clean. There were crumbs everywhere and many spots missed while cleaning. Not terrible, but not what I would expect, especially during Covid. We then found out that even though the website says that the water park is included on certain weekdays, it wasn’t for us because we booked through a third party website. I understand, but it was still disappointing and I wish I had known it ahead of time, because we were already tight on money. My brother paid cash at the desk for all of us to go to the water park for a few hours that night. When we got to the water park entrance, they asked us for our waiver, which we were never given. The guy at the water park called down to the front desk, who said that we did not pay for the water park. We then had to go to the front desk, and they said it must be because the money wasn’t taken off of the card yet. He reminded them that we paid in CASH, and then they said they saw it on the account and finally let us in and gave us
