I stayed in Makkah Tower on November 7 and 8 for 2 nights in room 61906. Hotel is steps aways from Haram which helped me with limited mobility issue. I was specially pleased with "Anwar Hossain" who provided excellent housekeeping. Even though he was perfect but kept saying that he couldn't do enough. I admire his down to earth attitude that made our stay extra enjoyable.
Services no good. Why water bottles are charged to pay.
Best thing is it’s location but the food wasn’t so good
View is not good Staff is angry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every thing is perfect..service, breakfast and clean Thanks
The rooms furniture so bad , I informed the recipient
The facility it was okay And all the staff was confusing to me
this hotel is better than zamzam, because in zamzam hotel you have to walk more and use elevators to reach to harram if you have elderly people with you, millennium towers is better than ever.
Located right across from the Holy Mosque. Millennium Towers is Different from Millennium Hotel. Check in reception is in the basement. Check in was very slow and the receptionist unnecessarily kept us waiting for an hour to check in. Eventually went to the duty manager who said the room was ready and didn't know why I was told to wait. Restaurant, housekeeping and bell boy staff very friendly and helpful.
Overall it good and close hotel. Few things need improvement such as bathrooms and lifts and etc
