Disappointing would be the perfect description for my stay. The welcome and the reception area ws great however the rooms are very small and dark. The noise from building work was shocking hammering from about 7 am was expecting a better nights sleep than I got

Disappointed
Room was small, not very clean and not worth the money we spent. Asked for milk and more sachets of drinks to have in the room and reception said they would send some straight up but it never arrived. The bathroom products also empty and the beauty products had been opened and used previously! such a shame as we had been looking forward to the stay! Couldn't fault the breakfast it was lovely.
