Check in was at 3pm, we arrived well after 4pm and we're told are room wasn't ready?? And then we're asked to wait 15 mins for it to magically become ready.. Granted I made this reservation weeks in advance.. The front desk person walked in on me using restroom after rushing past him and telling was using restroom real quick before checking in.. The lobby had a very weird smell to it and hotel had creepy vibes per my kid.
