It is a bit outdated hotel in absolutely great location (hard to beat), great service, but... the strangest part is the linen - not all is cotton, I personally have not seen this for ages anywhere and I hate synthetics... Breakfast is nothing special, the free wifi is poor and almost useless. I would not select this hotel again just because of the synthetics bed linen...

The staff was super and helpful and friendly, etc. the fitness center across the way was excellent and we could use it for free. Breakfast was beautiful and included more than you could ever eat. Overall a good experience. And location excellent for walking everywhere!! Just what I had expected!!

Great service, but too warm/no privacy
The staff are excellent and I really appreciated their help with things like directions and taxis. The decor is also nicely styled and definitely more interesting that your typical hotel. However, it’s also really difficult to adjust the temperature in your room— I opened the window, but it was really only possible to do so with the curtains open. The loss of privacy was compounded by the fact that my room faced out into a courtyard looking at the windows of other guest rooms... and to boot, the bathroom didn’t have a door!!
